To grow longer and stronger hair, it needs a healthy place from which to thrive. Neglecting your scalp will come at a price. It would be best if you were aiming for shampooing regularly – to effectively remove dead skin cells, sweat, environmental pollution, and oils that accumulate on its surface. Not shampooing enough can lead to flaking and irritation. When the scalp isn’t healthy, the health of your hair can be affected. A flaky scalp may contribute to hair loss. Try to use products like purifying pre-shampoos, scalp mask, and scalp toner that you can make at home. I will be sharing some recipes in the coming posts.
